The Cotter-Gassville Joint Sewer Commission meets will meet Thursday morning at 8:30 at Cotter City Hall.Newly appointed commissioners Tom Embach of Gassville, Nathan Buck of Cotter and Schuyler Brower of Cotter will be in attendance, along with Cotter Mayor McGeorge Caradine, Gassville Mayor Jeff Braim and the manager of the sewer plant.
