High school basketball makes up the local Monday schedule as district play continues in Missouri.
Two area schools will send their teams to Cabool for the start of the Class 1, District 3 Tournament. Dora will play a doubleheader against Couch starting with the boys at 11 a.m., and Bakersfield meets Newburg for back-to-back games beginning at 1:30.
Three area girls’ teams will begin action in the Class 3, District 11 Tournament at Clever. Hollister tips off at 4:00 against top-seeded Strafford, Ava faces Fair Grove at 7:00, and Forsyth takes on the host Lady Jays at 8:30.
