There is baseball and softball on the local Monday schedule as two of Mountain Home’s teams will begin the season.
Mountain Home’s freshmen baseball team will make the short trip across the county line for an outing with Flippin. The first pitch is scheduled for 4 p.m.
The Mountain Home junior varsity softball team will be at McClain Park as they host a doubleheader against Batesville. The first game starts at 4:30 on Freedom Field.
