The Baxter County Election Commission has scheduled a ballot drawing for the Cotter School Board election for Friday morning at 9:00. The election is scheduled for May 21st between Kenny Crunkleton and Robert Benedict and is open to registered voters living in the Cotter School District. The drawing will be held in the second floor courtroom of the Baxter County Courthouse and is open to the public.
