Water, sewer bonds, youth baseball league, election expenses on MH City Council agenda

The Mountain Home City Council will consider four items of new business when it meets in regular session Thursday evening at 6.The council will consider a resolution authorizing the preparation of documents for a planned issuance of water and sewer improvement bonds. In addition, two funding requests will be considered. One is for the Mountain Home Parks and Recreation’s youth baseball league, while the second is an invoice from the county for just over $24,000 for the city’s’s portion of the 2018 general election and runoff.In addition, the council will be asked to approve the final plat for phase one of Glenbrair Commons.

Late Thursday morning a new item of business was added to the agenda. The addition is for an agreement for professional services between the city and Garver, L.L.C.

The meeting will be held in the council chambers of the Municipal Building.
