Monday marks the final day to submit entries for the Friends of the Baxter County Library scholarship essay.
The top three entries will be awarded scholarships based on the quality of the submitted essay. Award amounts are determined by the amount of donations the Friends of the Library received this past year. Last years awards were $1,400 for first prize, $800 for second and $400 for third.
