The Mountain Home High School track teams took part in the Zizzer Relays Thursday at West Plains and had a record-tying performance by one of their competitors.
The Bombers ended up fourth on the boys’ side. Lance Lee tied a Mountain Home record and took the win in the pole vault at 14 feet. In addition, Dalton Schaufler won the triple jump and finished third in the long jump, Dante Jones won the 400-meter dash and ended up third in the 100-meter dash.
The Lady Bombers ended up ninth in the girls’ team standings. Olivia Norris was Mountain Home’s top individual performer as she was third in the discus.
