A Northwest Arkansas child reported missing has been located. According to the Arkansas State Police, 9-year-old Kella Jeban was found safe Saturday morning.
The State Police’s assistance had been requested in the search for Jeban. The Springdale Police Department had reported she did not return home from school on Friday afternoon.
