A new art gallery will be opening this weekend in the Twin Lakes Area. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held Saturday afternoon at 1 at the new River Art Gallery in downtown Cotter.
The gallery is located at 511 Second Street. Seven local artists will be in attendance, and appetizers and drinks will be served.
