The Flippin City Council’s regular April session is set for Tuesday evening at 6. The main item of business is a presentation from J.L. Wagoner on an 80/20 grant from the Arkansas Department of Transportation for a sidewalk and drainage project on Main Street. The meeting will be held in the administration building of the Flippin School District.
