
Two Mountain Home establishments were among those the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board found in violation of its permits during a meeting Friday in Little Rock.
KAIT reports the ABC fined Royal 66, located at 4063 U.S. Highway 62 East in Mountain Home, $600 and placed it on 90 days of probation. The action by ABC cited a fight occurring at the permitted outlet and alcoholic beverages having been served to an intoxicated patron.
In the same meeting, the ABC fined Buffalo Wild Wings Grill and Bar, located at 1195 Hometown Commons in Mountain Home, $1,500 and placed it on 90 days of probation. This action by ABC noted furnishing alcoholic beverages to a minor and two instances of furnishing alcohol beverages to an intoxicated person.
All of the businesses found in violation have until May 9th to pay the fines or risk having their permits suspended.
