Discussions continue this week for the Arkansas Department of Transportation’s (ArDOT) Highway 412 Corridor Planning Study. A public involvement meeting is scheduled for Tuesday from 4 until 7 in the sanctuary of First Baptist Church on West Third Street in Yellville.
ArDOT’s study is to determine the need and feasibility of improvements to U.S. Highway 412 from the Oklahoma state line to the Missouri state line in the Bootheel. The meeting in Yellville is one of three set for this week to present preliminary findings and obtain feedback from stakeholders.
The meeting is an open house format with no formal presentations. The public is invited to view exhibits, ask questions and offer comments.
