An Arkansas Game and Fish boater education course will be held Friday at the Donald W. Reynolds Library Serving Baxter County. The course will run form 10 until 6 in the Knox Community Rooms.
Anyone born on or after Jan. 1, 1987, and of legal age to operate a motorboat or sailboat must have successfully completed an approved Arkansas Game and Fish Commission course and carry proof while operating a motorboat or sailboat on Arkansas water.
