The Mountain Home School Board holds its regular June meeting Thursday night and among the items to be discussed is the Second Chance: Dropout Recovery Program. The program would help students ages 18-21 who have dropped out of school gain their high school diploma and allow students in the program to continue to be part of the workforce while they work towards their diploma.
Other items on the agenda include funding requests for maintenance on the junior high parking lot, painting the exterior of the junior high building and the purchase of new equipment for the high school FACS room. The board will also consider several policy revisions, elect new officers and have an executive session for personnel matters.
The Mountain Home School Board meets at 6:30 at the administration building on Rodeo Drive.
