Ashlee Smith of Integrity First Bank has been promoted to the role of retail manager.A Mountain Home native, Smith received her Associate of Science Degree from Arkansas State University-Mountain Home and her Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.
She has been in banking since 2013, starting as an Integrity First Bank teller/CSR, advancing to trust operations administrator and then most recently as the staff accountant.
In her new role as retail manager, Smith will be responsible for creating and monitoring branch and regional market performance.
Smith says, “I am beyond blessed for the incredible growth opportunities provided by Integrity First Bank and now Farmers and Merchants Bank.” She says she is excited to begin serving in the new role as the retail manager and working with team members across the state.
The Farmers and Merchants Bankshares, Inc., the holding company for Farmers and Merchants Bank, headquartered in Stuttgart, completed its acquisition of Mountain Home Bancshares, Inc. and its subsidiary, Integrity First Bank, N.A., on May 10. The Farmers and Merchants Bank footprint now includes 11 counties and 26 branches.
