Other performers on the 2019 A Capitol Fourth lineup include Vanessa Williams, gospel star Yolanda Adams, country singer Lee Brice, American Idol winner Laine Hardy and this season’s The Voice winner, Maelyn Jarmon, as well as pop star Colbie Caillat with her new country group, Gone West.
There will also be a special performance celebrating the 50th anniversary of Sesame Street, with many of the program’s famous Muppets. In addition, the National Symphony Orchestra will be playing along with a massive fireworks display. John Stamos will host the show.
In addition to PBS, the 39th annual A Capitol Fourth will be viewable on the Armed Forces Network, and will also stream live on Facebook, YouTube and PBS.org.
