A missing child advisory issued Sunday by the Arkansas State Police has been cancelled. According to the state police, four-year-old Kensley Yeatman has been found safe, and Stephanie Torres was taken into custody.
Yeatman was staying at her temporary guardian’s residence in the Lonoke County town of Ward. Torres, listed as Yeatman’s mother, allegedly took her by force from the residence on Sunday.
