A triplex and a duplex at Glenbriar Commons on Maumee Court top the building permit list for the month of June, according to a report issued by Jeannie Anderson in the City of Mountain Home’s Building Inspection Department.
The two permits were issued to Leisure Homes.
The triplex development includes 3,768 square feet of heated space, with 1,620 feet of unheated space. The construction value is listed at $258,000.
The duplex includes 2,512 square feet of heated space, with 1,080 of unheated space. The construction value is listed at $172,000.
A permit was issued to John and Colleen Koehn for a 512-square-foot storage building at 1902 Rodeo Drive. The construction value is listed at $10,000.
The remaining three permits issued in June were for signs.
A permit was issued to Pro Signs for two building signs and two others to be placed on a pole at Verizon, located at 10 Paul Wood Lane #2. The construction value is listed at $5,000.
A permit was issued to Ozark Mountain Barbecue, located at 20 Paul Wood Lane, for wall signs valued at $500.
The third permit was issued to O.M. Greek, located at 912 U.S. Highway 62 East, for a sign near the roadway in the Harp’s Plaza. The construction value is listed at $60.
Total construction value of the six permits issued in June was $445,460.
The cost of all permits issued for the month of December totaled $2,216, including the actual cost of building, electric, mechanical and plumbing permits, as well as a driveway permit and mowing fees.
The city building and inspection department handled 71 inspections for the month.
