An Ozark County man was killed in an early morning crash in Douglas County Thursday. Forty-six-year-old William Carper of Dora was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Carper’s vehicle crossed the centerline, ran off the road and overturned. Carper, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle.
The accident happened at 4 a.m. on Missouri 181, 4 1/2 miles north of Dora.
