Fulton County authorities have arrested 51-year-old Dennis Hutcherson, after he allegedly threatened to harm Sheriff Al Roork.

According to the brief, one paragraph affidavit, Sheriff Roork and deputies from his department executed a felony warrant at a residence Aug. 19.

Multiple people were found hiding in the house, including Hutcherson, whose address was not provided in online court documents.

Hutcherson is among those who had active warrants. He was reportedly seated on a bed speaking to the sheriff when he became angry and began cursing Roork.

During his rant, Hutcherson allegedly told Roork he would “take care” of him. His tone reportedly made it apparent that given the opportunity he would harm the sheriff.

Hutcherson has been charged with a felony count of terroristic threatening, with bond set at $5,000.
