
Two items of business are on the Mountain Home City Council’s agenda when it meets Thursday evening at 6.
An ordinance that would create new positions of assistance chiefs for both the police and fire departments first placed on the agenda at the council’s last meeting will be considered for further action. The positions are part of an ordinance to expand and redefine the job classification and compensation plan.
The second item on the agenda is an ordinance annexing property contiguous to the water and sewer improvement district No. 3 as commercial C-2.
The meeting will be held in the council chambers of the Municipal Building.
