A man who has a fairly long string of drug-related crimes on his record was back in Baxter County Circuit Court Aug. 29 where he pled guilty to charges in two active criminal cases.
Sixty-three-year-old Thomas Harvey of rural Mountain Home was put on probation for six years after admitting he had drugs and drug paraphernalia in his residence when law officers conducted compliance visits.
During compliance visits to Harvey’s home along County Road 56 in November last year and May this year, officers found methamphetamine and a smoking pipe to ingest the drug.
Harvey is reported to have a number of felony convictions, mainly drug-related.
