Sanders will present the petition to rezone a residential R-1 area to residential R-2, allowing for the construction of multi-family homes and public structures such as schools, parks and libraries. Maryanne Wagar is the property owner and petitioner of the property located along Waverly Road.
Mountain Home attorney Lane Strother will present a petition to rezone an R-1 area to commercial C-2, permitting the construction of motels, service stations and other retail and personal service businesses. Elton and Mary Kirby are the petitioners and owners of the property located on U.S. Highway 62/412 W.
The meeting will be held in the council chambers of the Mountain Home Municipal Building.
