The Northwest Arkansas District Fair in Harrison begins Sunday and wraps up Sept. 21.
Among the activities is a new event, youth challenge day. Youth ages 9-19 are invited to participate in livestock skillathon, family and consumer science skillathon, consumer judging, or poultry judging (individual) on Sept. 20th beginning at 10:30.
The registration deadline for the youth challenge day is Friday. Those interested in participating should contact their local extension office or visit Northwest Arkansas District Fair for more information.
