
Wes Wood of Peglar Real Estate Group in Mountain Home has received the REALTOR® of the Year award. The announcement was made by the North Central Board of REALTORS® (NCBOR).Wood has been a realtor for five years.
Wood is heavily involved in the Mountain Home community serving as a board member for Rotary and the Twin Lakes Future Fund, as well as being an advisory board member for the Good Samaritan Society. He serves as an ambassador for the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce, mentors a high school student and volunteers for many other community events. Within the NCBOR, Wood sits on the board of directors, serves as the chair for the feed our children committee and is a member of the golf tournament committee.
Wood says, “It is a great honor to receive this award. I know there are many others deserving of it that are heavily involved within our community. We live in such a great community where volunteerism is so strong. I am happy to give up my time to be involved in anything that benefits our community in a positive way. Hopefully others will join me going forward and we can make our community even stronger. Thank you to everyone that has chipped in and helped me throughout the year I am not alone in winning this award.”
