The Cotter City Council’s regular September session is scheduled for Thursday at 6 p.m.
Items of new business on the agenda include the consideration of an ordinance regulating the use and sale of fireworks, the regulation of the pit bull terrier breed and the reallocation of street department funds towards the purchase of flashing beacon lights to be placed on U.S. Highway 62/412.
The meeting will be held in the council chambers of Cotter City Hall.
