A Mountain Home woman who first faced criminal charges in 2009 pled guilty to her two most recent drug cases during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court last week.

Forty-nine-year-old Patricia Ann Hudnall was sentenced to six years in prison, with a judicial transfer to one of the Community Correction Centers in the state.

In Baxter County, Hudnall has had charges filed against her in 2009, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019. According to court records, all but one of the cases involved drug-related activity.

She has spent time in the county jail and the state prison.

Her appearance last week wrapped up drug cases in both Baxter and Marion County. Her Marion County sentence will run concurrently with the sentence imposed in her Baxter County cases.

One of her open cases in Baxter County stemmed from an arrest April 18 last year during a compliance visit to ensure she was following the terms and conditions of the probation sentence she was serving. During the visit to her residence in Midway, Hudnall was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, including a syringe, digital scales and a smoking pipe containing suspected methamphetamine residue.

The second open case resulted from a recent arrest by a Baxter County deputy on an outstanding warrant. During the arrest, Hudnall was found to have a small plastic bag containing suspected methamphetamine in her purse.

According to prison records, Hudnall has gone by at least six aliases through the years, including Patty Hudnall, Cantrel Cunningham, Patricia Ann Cunningham and Patricia Ann Cantrel.
