A Mountain Home man, 25-year-old Kendrick Sebree, has been arrested for the second time this month, the third time in less than two months and now faces a combined 10 felony charges, along with five misdemeanor counts.

In the latest incident, Sebree and two other individuals, 25-year-old Jessica Raymond of Midway and 24-year-old Tanner R. Sebold of Yellville, were taken into custody by Mountain Home Police Tuesday, following a traffic stop at Ninth and Bryant Streets.
According to the probable cause affidavit, Raymond was the driver of the vehicle, with Sebree the front seat passenger. Sebold and Raymonds 2-year-old girl in a car seat were passengers in the back seat.
Sebree was asked to exit the vehicle and was patted down for weapons. During the search, needles could reportedly be felt in the pocket of his cargo shorts. Sebree advised he had recently been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes.

Sebold was asked to exit the vehicle, revealing a loaded revolver at this feet. Both Sebree and Raymond are on felony probation, with search waivers on file.
A search of the vehicle allegedly led to the discovery of a defaced pistol, with an attempt having been made to hide the serial number.
Officers reportedly located a .45 caliber magazine with six rounds and white crystal substances on the persons of both Raymond and Sebold, as well as in the vehicle, along with drug paraphernalia. Sebree and Sebold were reported to each having about $200 in their possession.
The 2-year-old was released into the custody of the Arkansas Department of Human Services.
Charges against the three include felony drug and weapon-related offenses, as well as a misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a minor. Their bonds were set at $10,000 each.
