
Shonda Litty, AVP Human Resources, has accepted the new role of employee experience manager with Integrity First Bank of Mountain Home, a division of The Farmers & Merchants Bank of Stuttgart.This position is responsible for a wide scope of human resource duties, with a primary focus on employee engagement and experience. Litty will work closely with management to monitor employee engagement and implement best practices to support a positive workplace experience that contributes to the mission of the Farmers and Merchants Bank.Litty says, “I’m excited that Farmers and Merchants Bank places a high value on the employee experience,” states Litty. “I look forward to learning more about the banks’ culture, meeting our new bank family across the state, and continuing the important role of supporting employee relations.”
Litty has been in banking for 25 years, with 22 of those in Mountain Home with Integrity First. During this time, she has served as an executive assistant and secretary to the board of directors and moved into human resources in 2005. She has also served as chair of the employee relations committee since 2016.

The Farmers and Merchants Bankshares, Inc., the holding company for Farmers and Merchants Bank, headquartered in Stuttgart, completed its acquisition of Mountain Home Bancshares, Inc. and its subsidiary, Integrity First Bank, N.A., on May 10.
