New website launches for City of Mountain Home

Officials with the City of Mountain Home announced on Thursday the launch of a new website, according to a Facebook post.The new website allows residents, businesses and visitors to find the latest details concerning the operations of the city and information regarding city government, departments and officials, community events and news. The responsive design allows site visitors to access the information they want and need from any device with simple, flexible navigation.Mayor Hillrey Adams says, “Our goal with the website is to provide easy access to information for our City residents and visitors. We want the public to understand how we serve the community and we want our community members to have the information they need, when they need it. The new website includes a Site Search feature, which makes finding specific information much faster and easier for the site visitor.”Officials say the new website serves as a 24/7 comprehensive information resource and includes Receive News and Alerts notification features allowing subscribers to sign up via email or text to receive news and announcements from the city. The website also includes a photo gallery and a form to report issues in the community.

Mayor Adams encourages Mountain Home area residents to visit the website and subscribe to notifications from the city. He says, “Not only does the website have enhanced functionality, it also provides a more professional image for the City of Mountain Home.
