Arvest Bank Tournament continues Monday at Flippin

It’s a busy Monday with high school basketball on the local schedule.

The Arvest Bank Tournament continues at Flippin with its quarterfinal round.

The boys’ games will be played in the new gym starting with Cotter and Bergman at 4 p.m. Mountain Home Christian Academy meets Kingston at 5:30, Norfork faces Deer at 7, and Flippin takes on Lead Hill at 8:30.

The girls’ games will be held in the old gym, as Cotter and Bergman tip off at 4. Lead Hill plays Jasper at 5:30, Alpena will be paired with Kingston at 7, and Norfork faces Flippin at 8:30.

Two local girls’ teams will play their first games in the First Service Bank Tournament at Clinton. Melbourne meets Pottsville at 6, and Rural Special faces the host Lady Yellowjackets at 8:30.

Elsewhere, Bruno-Pyatt hosts Oark, and Mammoth Spring entertains Manila for three girls’ games.
