The Baxter County Quorum Court has a light agenda for its regular monthly session Tuesday evening at 6.
The items include two ordinances, one appropriating and re-appropriating over $18,000 in the juvenile services department budget and the other a housekeeping matter appropriating fees and reimbursements received in the month of November to the sheriff’s department budget. The third item of business is a resolution confirming the re-appointments of John Olson and Michael Fusion by County Judge Mickey Pendergrass to the Buford Volunteer Fire Department Board of Commissioners.
The meeting will be held in the second floor courtroom of the Baxter County Courthouse.
