Seven of the eight items of business on the Baxter County Quorum Court’s agenda Tuesday evening deal with financial matters. The quorum court will meet at 6 for its regular monthly session.

While a number of the financial items are routine housekeeping measures, the court will consider $30,000 from the 1/2 cent sales tax for the purchase of mapping software for the road and bridge department. The justices will also take action on an ordinance establishing compensation for election officials.

The lone non-financial matter is a resolution confirming the re-appointments of Peter Kauth, Dale Roberts and Terry Buchman by Judge Mickey Pendergrass to the Northeast Lakeside Fire Department Board of Commissioners.

The meeting will be held in the second floor courtroom of the Baxter County Courthouse.
