Junior high basketball district tournaments continued around Arkansas Monday night.
Izard County is hosting the 1A-2 tournament with five games played.
In boys’ action, Lead Hill defeated St. Joe 53-32, and Omaha downed Western Grove 29-12.
In girls’ games, Izard County improved to 2-16 with a 46-23 win over Viola. Ava Lewis led the scoring with 18 points, and Quinn Johnsonson scored 12. Calico Rock lost to Western Grove 44-19. St. Joe topped Bruno-Pyatt 33-13.
