Applications for census takers set for Monday, Tuesday at Marion County Library

Applications for U.S. Census takers in Marion County will be held at the Marion County Library Monday and Tuesday from noon to 4.

Census takers will help Marion County get an accurate accounting of the population. This in turn helps the community with equitable distribution of public, federal and state funding for programs including education, healthcare, law enforcement and highways based on population.
