A Boone County man, 20-year-old Cameron Seth Tucker of Harrison, remains jailed after allegedly holding a woman with a knife to her throat and back. The altercation was reportedly captured in a cellphone photo.

According to the probable cause affidavit, a Boone County deputy responded to a residence along Edwin Mac Road on March 8 in reference to a possible stabbing.

A 17-year-old female at the residence told the deputy Tucker had allegedly been in an altercation at the home and had fled.

The female said Tucker had reportedly held a knife on her while demanding she get her boyfriend to come to the residence.

Tucker and the boyfriend were located on the road near the residence. Tucker denied having a knife and claimed to have chased someone down the road.

The girl’s boyfriend argued that Tucker did have a knife and told the deputy he would take him to the location of the weapon.

The boyfriend also said he had text messages from Tucker threatening to kill everyone in the house, including the girl, if he did not return to the residence.

The boyfriend also maintained Tucker sent a picture of himself on his cellphone holding a knife to the girl’s throat. In addition, the boyfriend told the deputy he met Tucker on the road to keep him from stabbing someone identified only as “Josh.” The deputy was unable to locate “Josh” at the time of the incident.

Tucker was taken into custody and has been charged with felony counts of aggravated assault and terroristic threatening. His bond was set at $10,000.
