Fulton County authorities have arrested 62-year-old Brad Bustad of Salem following an incident leading him to be charged with a felony count of second-degree sexual assault.
According to the probable cause affidavit, the arrest and charge follow an incident reported June 3 involving three minor females.
In a post Miranda interview at the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Bustad acknowledged the three girls “came over to his house with his 18-year-old roommate.”
He allegedly told law enforcement he had been smoking marijuana and was high After first denying the allegations, he reportedly said the “touching probably went too far.” He reportedly said he “wanted to make things right and did not want anyone upset with him and things got out of hand.”
Bond for Bustad was set at $20,000.
