Memphis ended up with a record of 12-2 last year. The Tigers wrapped the season with a two-touchdown loss to Penn State in the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic at Arlington, Texas.
Kickoff at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium is scheduled for 7 p.m. Saturday’s game can be heard on Classic Hits 101.7 and streaming live at ktlo.com.
