Mountain Home was able to sweep a pair of junior high girls’ basketball games Thursday at West Memphis East.
The freshmen game ended with the Junior Lady Bombers getting past the Lady Red Imps 21-17. Mountain Home improves to 6-1 on the year and will travel to West Plains on Saturday.
Mountain Home dominated the eighth grade contest with a 39-4 decision over East. Bailey Ritenburg and Aniah Merrill paced the Eighth Grade Lady Bombers with 10 points each. Mountain Home is now 4-2, and its next game will be after the Christmas holiday.
Mountain Home’s seventh grade boys picked up a 42-17 win over Melbourne on the home floor. Jackson Corp ended up with 10 points for the Seventh Grade Bombers.
