
High school basketball is scheduled for Saturday, as Mountain Home will play its non-conference games of the regular season. It will be the first of four consecutive road trips for the Bombers and Lady Bombers, as they head to Jonesboro.
Mountain Home’s girls are 1-9 on the season after falling to West Memphis on Tuesday. Jonesboro fell to 7-3 following a loss at North Little Rock. This will be the second meeting between the two teams, with the Lady Bombers falling to the Lady Hurricane on Dec. 22.
The Mountain Home boys have a record of 4-4. The Bombers are coming off a 12-point loss to West Memphis. Jonesboro is 4-3 on the year. The Golden Hurricane fell to North Little Rock in overtime on Tuesday.
The girls’ game tips off at 2 p.m. at Don Riggs Memorial Hurricane Gymnasium followed by the boys’ contest. Both games can be heard on Classic Hits 101.7 and streaming live at ktlo.com.
Elsewhere, Bergman meets Clinton at North Arkansas College in Harrison.
