
Saturday was a rough day for the Mountain Home High School baseball team, as they suffered a pair of losses in Northwest Arkansas.
The Bombers gave up a walk-off single in the seventh inning and fell to Heritage 2-1 in Rogers. Logan Walker was Mountain Home’s starting pitcher going five innings, recording six of the team’s seven strikeouts and giving up five hits and no runs. Walker, Jacob Czanstkowski, Isaac House and Reece Ducker each had a base hit for the Bombers.
Mountain Home did not fare any better in the mid-afternoon session at Shiloh Christian High School in Springdale. The Bombers lost a neutral site game to Conway 10-0.
