North Arkansas Electric Cooperative will have a planned outage for members served by the Brockwell and Pineville substations beginning at 11:30 p.m. Thursday.
The outage is necessary for personnel safely to repair a switch in the Pineville Substation identified during an infrared inspection.
The outage is expected to last fewer than 10 minutes for the 1,612 member accounts served by the Brockwell Substation and one hour for the 1,418 member accounts served by the Pineville Substation. Those affected will receive an automated call at the number NAEC has on file Monday afternoon.
