A Flippin woman appeared in Baxter County Circuit Court Monday facing the revocation of suspended sentences in three drug-related cases.

Autumn Spitzer was arrested on drug charges in August, September and October 2018.

She pled guilty to violating the terms and conditions of her probation and was sentenced to six years in the Arkansas Department of Correction.

Charges against her included possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and paraphernalia used for the ingestion of drugs.

On August 16, 2018, Spitzer was arrested when a vehicle in which she was riding was stopped, and a substance field-testing positive for methamphetamine was found.

A second arrest came on Sept. 18, 2018 when Spitzer and a male companion met with a confidential informant. The informant purchased methamphetamine from the pair, according to the probable cause affidavit.

On Oct. 17, 2018, officers served a search warrant on an apartment in a complex located along Highway 201 North.

Spitzer and the same male companion listed in the Sept. 18 arrest were found in the apartment, along with drug paraphernalia and a quantity of marijuana.

On Nov. 18, 2020, petitions to revoke Spitzer’s suspended sentences in all three cases were filed. Spitzer was accused of evading supervision by moving from her registered address and changing her phone number without informing her probation officer.

It is also alleged she is not paying her fines, fees and costs associated with the three drug convictions. As of November last year, she owed almost $8,600.

In the petition to revoke, it is noted Spitzer had paid a total of $100 on her fines, fees and costs and that the last recorded payment was made slightly more than a year ago.
