Boil order lifted for Lakeview-Midway Public Water Authority

The Department of Health has lifted the boil order that was in place for the Lakeview-Midway Public Water Authority.

The order was originally issued on Monday as a precautionary measure because of a water main break.

Water samples taken Monday and Tuesday were found to be safe and a satisfactory disinfectant level has been established throughout the distribution system, the Water Authority says.
