Mountain Home High School’s athletic department had another senior sign to continue playing collegiately on Friday. Lauren Loving put her name on a national letter of intent to join the women’s golf program at Lyon College in Batesville.
Loving says she fell in love with the campus the moment she arrived for her visit, and she’s also looking forward to playing alongside some fellow Lady Bombers.

Loving has been playing golf competitively for just two years, but she has been one of Mountain Home’s top performers. She was selected All-Conference last fall, and she helped lead the Lady Bombers to a 5A-West conference title and a fourth place finish in the state tournament.
Lyon head coach Matt Sullivan was in attendance for Loving’s signing. He says Loving has the talent and the drive to be successful on the next level.
