A Mountain Home resident has been appointed by Gov. Asa Hutchinson to serve on one of the state’s advisory councils.
Anthony Thornton was appointed to the Trauma Advisory Council on Friday. He will replace Thomas Jenkins on that council, and will serve until July 1.
Thornton’s appointment was one of 47 announced by the governor’s office Friday morning.
