A 27-year-old Salem man was killed in a one-vehicle accident Monday morning near Camp in Fulton County.
According to a preliminary fatal crash summary from the Arkansas State Police (ASP), Spencer Matty died when his vehicle ran off State Highway 9, struck a concrete culvert and traveled down the shoulder of the highway before overturning.
The roadway was dry and weather conditions were clear at the time of the 10:29 a.m. accident.
