Golfers representing Big Creek Golf and Country Club were able to successfully defend the club’s MoArk Cup title from a year ago. Big Creek defeated West Plains Country Club by a final of 20-12.
Big Creek topped West Plains in all three phases of the tournament. The Mountain Home team took the Alternate Shot format 5 1/2-2 1/2 and the Best Ball format by the same score on Saturday. Big Creek wrapped up the two-day event with a 9-7 win in Sunday’s singles matches.
Big Creek had six golfers without a loss in their three matches. John Campbell, Spencer Adams and Luke Jackson each were 3-0-0, Andy Wescoat and Brandon Maple each went 2-0-1, and Brent Edens was 1-0-2.
