SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) – Authorities say murder-suicide is suspected in the deaths of two people in southwestern Missouri.
Greene County deputes found the bodies of 25-year-old Kalen Barclay of Ozark and 27-year-old Gabriella Broglio of Joplin Saturday afternoon in a car near an Interstate 44 exit ramp.
KYTV-TV reports that investigators believe that Barclay fatally shot Broglio before taking his own life. The Green County Sheriff’s Department said Barclay and Broglio had been in a relationship for several months, but the motive for the shooting has not been determined.
