Matt Kelly, Tyler Wallace, Brandon Maple and Coty Watson were crowned the winners of the North Central Board of Realtors Golf Tournament Friday at Big Creek Golf and Country Club. The team representing Crownover Construction took the Championship Flight with a 20-under-par 52.
Eric Lunnen, Nick Coleman and Landon and Bob Crider of Peglar Real Estate Group were two strokes back to finish second. Brett Schmeski, Isaac Gaston, Brad Heinsohn and D.J. Butterfield of Wes Wood Realty ended up tied with Danny Ferguson, Andy Wescoat, Scott Copeland and Layton Lee of Nosari Home Mortgage for third place after both teams had a 16-under-par 56.
Spencer Adams, Russell Tucker, Brad Schultz and Mark Bertel of Anstaff Bank won the tiebreaker to take the A Flight over Jacob Bruggeman, Cheyne Coverdale, Nick Reynolds and Michael Mays of Arvest Bank. Both teams shot a seven-under-par 65. Steve Smith, Travis Sullivan, John Yancey and Bud Webb were one stroke back to finish third.
The winners from each flight took home $500, and $250 went to the runners-up. Proceeds will go to benefit Special Olympics.
